慧昇教师培训:厉兵秣马强技能,蓄势待发新征程

       深圳的八月,如同夏天的树木沐浴阳光、吸足了养分,旺盛地生长。慧昇书院也迎来了势不可挡的新发展。当其他中小学的老师还在享受假期时,深圳慧昇书院的教师们已经开始为新的学期做准备了。八月一日返校,教师培训就紧锣密鼓地开展起来:满当当的日程安排,多样的课程形式以及严格的考核方式,都让老师们觉得,培训是一件严肃认真的事。

HSIS has embraced exploited new opportunities in this year. To build up a more qualified faculties’ team, teachers in HSIS attended intensive training session during summer vacation. All the teachers took the training as an imperative so that every one was dedicated during the session. As well, the training was in a tight schedule with rich content and rigid assessment. 

 

       慧昇的老师们如此努力、不辞辛劳地学习,目的只有一个:就是要在疫情过后、即将到来的新学期,给我们的孩子一个更加专业,更加高效,更加有趣的课堂。为此不管付出多少,我们的老师都觉得非常值得。

Teachers in HSIS worked so hard in order to meet the demand for providing students with a more professional, efficient and interesting class, especially under the crisis of pandemic. A more deliberate preparation means a better experience for students, so it was worthwhile for teachers to learn more.

 

       今年的培训历时3周。8月3日教师返校的第一个星期一早上。慧昇教育集团慧昇书院程显栋院长为今年的培训做了开课动员讲话,领导们期望我们每位教职员工,都能了解并熟悉学校各个部门的工作,把整个学校纳入于心。为要实现三年将慧昇书院建成世界名校的伟大目标,需要我们每位员工、每位老师将三年细化作1000多天,将每天细化作小时,认真做好管理工作,努力提升教学技能。

This year's training lasted 3 weeks. On the morning of August 3, Principal Cheng Xiandong, Dean of Huisheng College, made impressive speech for the start of training. They expected that each of our faculty and staff can familiarize themselves with the work across departments and incorporate in the community. In order to achieve the great goal of setting Huisheng International School as a world-renowned university in three years. Therefore, teachers should commit the work, and strive to improve professional skills.

 

       动员会结束后,我们进入了培训的正式课程。本期慧昇书院举办的教职工培训,有鲜明的体系和完整的培训方案,由各部门选派业务能力强的专门人员执教,可以说是有史以来含金量最高的一期学校内部培训。

After the opening, teachers started to take the main training courses. The faculty and staff training organized by Huisheng Academy has a clear system and a complete training program. Professional staff with strong professional ability are selected to teach. It could be taken as the highest level of internal school training in HSIS.

 

培训的主要内容分为:

       这七个方面的培训,事无巨细地为我们展示了学校各方面的工作,让不同部门的同事增进了互相了解,今后能理解体谅不同部门的工作,促进了部门间更好地配合,有力推进学校整体工作。

The training in these seven areas represents school’s work in detail, and allowed colleagues in different departments to increase mutual understanding, which promotes better cooperation between departments and brings more effective work at school.

 

       教学部门内部的培训更加注重专业化。从教师的职业素养到国家关于教育的一系列法律法规;从教案规范到课堂管理;从课后辅导到学生学业及未来规划......

The training within the academic and administration department was more specialized. The topics of training ranged from teachers’ professional qualities to a series of national education laws and regulations; from teaching plans to classroom management; from after-school tutoring to student studies and future planning...

 

       课程结束后,参训人员会在两天以内参加相关课程考试,以最严格的闭卷考试方式检验所学。这一过程很难说是轻松的,但所有慧昇人心中已经有了一个更高更远的目标,为了这个目标的顺利实现,我们决心付出!

The trainees will take the relevant course exams to test what they have learned by the end of each period. It was not easy for teachers to scramble all the tests, but all HSIS members already have a higher and farther goal in their hearts: one hundred percent commitment!
